Let me help! I'm an experienced, professional knitter who can help with assembling, finishing, repairing, alterations and embroidery of your hand or store-bought knit and crochet items.
It can be so frustrating: you work on a project and then the seams aren't right or the neckline won't lay flat. Relieve yourself from the stress of finishing by sending them to me. You can trust that I will take care of those projects you once thought were hopeless due to lack of motivation, skill, moths, snags, poor fit or years of wear. They’ll come back to you ready to use with joy and pride. All work is done in a smoke-free, pet-free, clean environment. Most sweater assembly costs about $40.00. Other service prices are determined by the hour. I'm reasonably priced; call or email me.
I come from a long line of Germans who lovingly cared for handwork. Until October of 2009, I owned my own knitting store in Sioux City, Iowa before moving to Virginia. I've been knitting and crocheting for over 35 years and recognize the technical aspect of each type of needlework; accurately identifying and correcting errors as much as possible. I actually enjoy working on unfinished projects as you will see by the quality of my work.
Most services will be completed within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise notified. Christmas items must arrive no later than November 30. Charges are shown on the contract form which I will email.
